Every order begins with a review of the label layout, die-line, and client specifications. For standard sizes this is a quick confirmation step. For custom sizes, our team works with you to finalise dimensions, label count per sheet, and any special requirements like perforation or CD punch.
We select the appropriate paper stock and adhesive combination based on the intended print method. Inkjet labels use a micro-porous ink-absorbing coating. Copier labels have anti-static treatment. Laser press labels use heat-resistant substrate to prevent adhesive bleeding during high-temperature fusing.
High-resolution printing is applied where required (pre-printed formats). All print runs are colour-calibrated and checked against reference samples. Blank label sheets skip this stage and proceed directly to cutting.
Before cutting, each master roll or sheet is inspected for adhesion consistency, surface defects, and print accuracy. Our QC lab tests peel strength and checks die-cut templates against tolerance charts (±0.5 mm max deviation).
Labels are die-cut to their final shape using precision steel-rule dies. Round-cut labels get curved edge cuts. Square-cut labels get clean straight edges. Special perforation sheets get scored perforation lines for clean tear-off. CD labels get centre-hole punch cuts.
Finished labels are packed in reams of 100 A4 sheets per ream. Each ream is wrapped in moisture-proof packaging to prevent curling, static, and contamination during storage and transit. Reams are labelled with product code, size, batch number, and production date.
